What this site does
TripCarFinder is an independent rental car search site. Searches continue on a comparison or booking partner. Their own privacy policies and booking terms apply after you leave this site.
Search details
Your pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times and driver-age selection help prepare your rental search. The current KAYAK link carries the location, dates and times; you should confirm your exact age on KAYAK. If you allow optional measurement, we also save rental search details with campaign attribution.
Optional measurement and advertising
Campaign measurement operates unless you opt out through Privacy choices. We honor your browser's Global Privacy Control signal. If enabled by the site owner, Meta Pixel and Pinterest Tag can receive page, search and signup events. Their identifiers are configured separately for this site.
Consented campaign measurement may include a random session or click identifier, advertising campaign parameters, the referring website's hostname, search events and rental details. Attribution sessions last up to 30 minutes; campaign attribution may use a seven-day last-touch window. We use this to understand which campaigns lead to searches and commission.
Commission and advertising reports
When configured, the owner can import partner commission reports, match them with consented clicks, and send eligible commission events to Meta's Conversions API. Meta matching can use an IP address, browser user-agent, Meta identifiers and hashed approximate city, region, postal code or country. The cleanup function removes stored IP addresses, user agents and those location hashes after 30 days; the owner must configure the scheduled cleanup for unattended operation.
Email subscriptions and the price-alert interest list
We store the email address, consent version and signup date you submit. An interest-list signup also includes your rental search. Our price-alert interest list does not monitor prices or promise price-drop notifications. If configured, OneSignal receives subscribers and relevant list tags to manage email delivery and unsubscribes. Joining a list is separate from advertising consent.
Your choices
Use Privacy choices in the footer to allow or refuse optional tracking. Refusing does not prevent rental searches. You can unsubscribe using the link in a delivered email. For access, correction or deletion of a signup, email info@tripcarfinder.com.
Storage and service providers
The application and its database use the site's hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare Workers and D1. Restricted reports are accessible only to an administrator with the configured password. We do not collect payment card information or your driving licence.

KAYAK, momondo when enabled, rental companies and other configured partners are independent services. Review their policies before sharing personal information or making a booking.
